1. Appearance inspection of switchgear
Standard: The switchgear shell is not deformed or damaged; the protective paint is not severely corroded, damaged and peeled off; the cabinet is firmly installed, and the appearance is clean and free of debris; the nameplate and logo of the switchgear are neatly pasted and not falling off
2. Check the operating status parameters of the switchgear
Standard: The indication of instruments and meters is normal (compared with the daily operating values, there is no difference or little difference and corresponds to the state of the equipment)
3. The switchgear related devices, electrical contacts, wires and cables do not exceed the specified temperature
Standard: use an infrared thermometer to measure the operating temperature of visible related devices, electrical contacts, wires, and cables ≤ 60 °C, and there is no peculiar smell in the cabinet
4. Whether the switch position, indicator light indication and instrument display are correct, and whether the position of each transfer switch is normal
Standard: the switch is in the correct position, there is no alarm indication, and the transfer switch is in the specified position
