1. 2. It is a basic skill for a qualified electrician to determine a reasonable installation position according to the actual needs of the site, specify the installation height and firmly install the power distribution cabinet. According to the specifications, the height from the bottom of the power distribution cabinet to the ground is generally 1.4 meters, which can also be based on the convenience of actual operation and maintenance. The installation height can be appropriately increased or reduced with the consent of the design unit.
The installation height of large area multiple power distribution cabinets in the same place shall be uniform. The connection between the incoming and outgoing line pipes of open mounted power cabinets and the power distribution cabinets shall be tight, firm, exquisite, and beautiful.
3. The conductor shall be connected tightly and firmly. The box shall be provided with safe and reliable neutral wire terminal and ground wire terminal. The connection between the connecting conductor, power incoming line and load outgoing line in the distribution cabinet and the electrical components must be tight and firm without looseness. The stripping length of the conductor shall be appropriate, the core wire shall not be exposed, and the crimping shall be tight. The distribution cabinet shall have complete neutral wire terminal, and the box must have a firm and reliable protective grounding terminal.
According to the specification requirements: the connection between the wire and the electrical components must be equipped with spring washers and pressed firmly.
4. The conductor color shall be selected according to the specification. When wiring in the three-phase power distribution cabinet, the incoming line of the power supply, the outgoing line of the load and the connecting line of the electrical components in the box shall be selected according to the specification. That is, phase A is yellow, phase B is green, phase C is red, and the neutral wire is light blue or black. The ground wire is yellow/green two-color wire. It is strictly prohibited to use yellow/green two-color wire as other conductors. The connection of incoming and outgoing lines in the box shall be fine and arranged tightly.
The connecting lines of electrical components shall be arranged horizontally and vertically, neat and beautiful. The bending radius at the corner shall not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the conductor, and the allowance of each group of connecting conductors shall be bound into a bundle.
5. Keep the inside and outside of the box clean and clearly mark the number of distribution cabinet. After the installation of the distribution cabinet, the sundries shall be removed and the cabinet shall be kept clean and tidy. The purpose and number of the electrical circuit shall be clearly marked on the distribution cabinet for future maintenance.
